These are small tablets but work just as well as the capsules, they are much easier to swallow & come in a resealable pouch at a great price just received repeat order as they are very good

Took these for a couple of weeks and noticed a bit more focus and energy. Easy to swallow, no funny aftertaste, though results aren’t instant.

I bought this due to the fact I am after surgery and bit stressed out so was told about this Korean Ginseng 3125mg witch is a root extract, standardised to 18.75mg of ginsenosides, ensuring a potent and affective dose. It helps the body to manage stress, and maintain balance, promoting well-being. I take it a long with other vitamins I will be on for the rest of my life due to my health issues now. I feel a lot better now and not as stressed out as I was after a few weeks taking this Korean Ginseng. I have had no side affect with my other medication and I believe it is helping me now. Now everyone is different point of views when it comes to vitamins, but after I talked with my surgeons and my Endocrinologist they seemed happy with me now. I am less stress out now and just take each day as it comes as I do have more surgeries coming up and god willing I get through them without anymore issues. I like these Korean Ginseng and there easy to take no issues to report. I would recommend them myself.

Right at the bottom of the online informtion I found this: 62.5mg Korean Ginseng extract (50:1 concentrated extract equivalent to 3125mg raw herb) with 15% Ginsenosides. Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate. If these tablets were 3125mg x 120 they would be huge. I KNOW they are made of extract of the raw herb but it should be clear to everyone who really believes they are buying stronger products because the numbers are higher. Throughout this industry products are being incorrectly labelled and the sellers/manufacturers are getting away with it. Standardise the products AND the way you label them - please. I knew what I was buying before I ordered, but not everyone is aware. They may well be good quality, however, these were purchased to fill in for my regular ones which are out of stock, and I won't buy more - not unless the packaging information changes.
