Great rack for the money.
Easy assembly, pieced it together in under a half hour in the garage. There’s not really an instruction book for assembly, but a diagram breakdown. Which was easy enough to see how it all fits together. So far I’ve used it for squats, both seated and standing shoulder presses, and have even set it on the lowest setting for bench press with my adjustable bench between the racks. The safety catch did abruptly drop down a notch after racking the bar doing shrugs, so be careful with that if you’re using the catch for shrugs and deadlifts.Overall I’m happy with it, was nervous after ordering when I read the seller reviews but my order came to the house in only a week and all the pieces are there. I don’t trust the 440 pound rating and probably wouldn’t load more than 250 pounds max on it, but that’s ok. Would probably use a more sturdy system if I was going any heavier, that’s not to say this system isn’t capable of 440 pounds. For $80 it’s not bad and I’d recommend it!

Flawed...
There are two sets of weight pegs: the higher ones I used for squatting, and the lower ones I use for bench press. The pegs used for squatting are joined horizontally by a bar close to the floor. When I try use my shoulders to lift the bar from the squatting pegs, the horizontal bar is in the way of my feet. This is a design flaw.Once I made new holes and attached this horizontal bar to the bench press pegs, I had no issues with this product.

Sturdy and well made
Solid squat rack. Easy to put together. Took me about twenty minutes. Because it doesnt have a stabilizing bar for the two racks, I use extra free weights to stabilize on the bottom. For the price, easy fix not to have to pay $200 extra for a rack with a stabilizing bar.

Missing Parts! Can’t even assemble.
Didn’t even come with any of the needed bolts or nuts. Missing almost every part that’s on the “instruction manual”. The metal is decent for the amount it’s being sold for. You’re better off actually going to a store to find a bench. At least you know you’re getting all the parts. I’ve emailed to either send the rest of the parts or issue me a full refund. Save the hassle & spend extra money on an actual decent bench. Waste of time.

No instructions, no diagram, no paperwork packaged poorly
Came without one ounce of instructions and no paperwork and I think there are missing screws

Very good racks
The racks were easy to put together with my own tools. I have used the racks for squats, curls, presses, rows, and shrugs with no issues. They are light enough to move around easy and have a lot of height adjusts. So far I can't complain at all about these racks.
