Q1:How do I connect the Aqara Hub M2 to the Internet via Wi-Fi?

A1:The hub M2 only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. If you are using a dual-band router, please turn off the 5GHz Wi-Fi network before adding the hub. Note: Wi-Fi 6 is not supported.

Q2:How can I ensure a stable connection for the Hub M2?

A2:To ensure a stable connection, place the Hub M2 between 6 to 19 feet from the router. The closer it is to the router, the more stable the connection will be. Make sure the Hub M2 and the router are connected to the same local area network (LAN).

Q3: How to Connect to Google Home or Assistant?

A3: Connect via Matter: Update the Hub M2 firmware to the latest version before connecting to Google Home. Account & App Setup: Register an account on the Aqara Home app, update the app to the latest version, and connect the Hub M2 to Aqara Home.
