I Kept Pressing the 100-Million-Year Button and Came Out on Top, Vol. 1 (light novel): The World's Greatest Knife Book

It a wonderful book that I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get into light novels and read more books

Good idea, but poorly executed. Fine if you're looking for a dumb book to read, but otherwise don't buy.

After the lengthy training would have expected a god-like power level

The premise is good however the delivery is poor. The protagonist after 1 billion years still remains a complete moron. Ideas have been poorly adapted from other stories such as Jujustsu Kaisen. World building is also rubbish. You basically work out that it’s set in the 21st century right at the end of the book.

I came from the manga, so I had a good idea . The story is good but I feel certain things could have been explained better. I can only assume that will occur in the next book.Can't wait to read more. Solid and entertaining, if cliche at times.
