I'm so happy to have found this rice. It's excellent. Takes longer to cook so ensure you give it adequate time in the pressure cooker. I like to add a little bit jeera and pink salt and just a dash of ghee in the cooker itself. Have it with any light curry. The texture and feel of the rice is so much better than plain white rice which just gets gulped down. Thank you seller for this high quality product.
