I needed to add a relay to my outboard trim and tilt circuit. I also wanted to add a remote switch to the circuit. This reversing relay allowed me to achieve both. I would be even better if there was any sort of documentation with the product. The lack of documentation is the only reason why it only received 4 stars. I only have one season of use on it, but so far it has performed well.

Outstanding for a replacement for jack plate relay switch. Good price, easy to install-they included in their specs a wiring diagram, I printed out a copy to go by, works a lot better than relays. Make sure you put at least a inline 40 amp fuse from the power supply.

Used solenoid for end dump trailer at works well.

Just replaced after about 6-7 years. Salt air environmental finally corroded insides so ok life (not really intended for marine use). If important application, I suggest buying a spare ... Cheap enough.

Loose terminal to the remote receiver. Had to glue it to make it operate.

Works to replace the reverse polarity solenoid used on RVs hydraulic leveling systems(Lippert). Used this on multiple 5th wheel toy haulers as they are common to fail.
