Prime: The Complete Prime Rib Cookbook

not what I was hoping for , it has as much about cocktails as prime rib

So happy I purchased this book, much larger and more thorough than I expected. Cannot wait to start making some restaurant quality prime rib for my family and friends. Great info on the perfect pairings and drinks that compliment the main course also.Beautiful photos also.

Book was decent in most respects for a cookbook. Far as sticking to the main subject that I was led to believe this book was all about prime rib and cooking it. I must say it was not very little information on prime rib and different styles and what and ways of cooking it was minimal. Whole lot of fat not a whole lot of substance, disappointing.

Enjoyed this book; great recipes and instructions.
