Does this scale beep at all during power up or operation? my dog hates beepos and runs from the room when i use my current scale. Thanks

No it does not beep. And it is amazingly accurate. I tested with nickels which weigh 5 grams each and it consistently showed that amount unlike my two other (Taylor and Kamenstein) scales.

Hoe many minutes of inactivity does it take the scale to auto shut off?

The Primo scale will turn off after four minutes of inactivity to help conserve and extend battery life.

Will this scale readout in hundredths of a pound? For instance .25 instead of 4 oz?

Unfortunately no. It gives three options: ounces, grams, or pounds and ounces. It does resolve the ounces to 1/100's of an ounce when in the ounce mode, and 1/10th of an ounce in the pound/ounce mode. It is extremely sensitive and repeatability is almost always perfect. I have compared it to known weights and found it to be extremely accurate.

What is the weight range capacity for this scale? Other version say up to 18 oz. or 11lbs.. this one doesn't specify.

It is written on the back of my Escali : Model:P115CHCapacity:5kg./ 175oz.I never test the max. capacity and I can say 175 oz. is really really good enough for everyday use in kitchen and normal small parcel for mailing.
