Quiet, perform very well on wet environments
I'm using these brake pads on a electric gravel bike, and they have a good stopping power even at 35+ Mph...using the brakes quite a lot since most of the biking is done on a very busy city streets...have to adjust the brakes after 250miles, and have to change them every 400 miles or so, to ensure I have the necessary stopping power. They still have some life left, I'm just doing it for peace of mind. I expect them to perform well even after that, if they're installed on a regular bike ( with an e-bike you have to take in calculation the 30lbs extra compared to a regular bike, plus the increased speed compared to a non ebike). I use them on all kinds of environments, from snow, wet roads, etc, and they never dissapoint. They get a bit squeaky when there's excessive water, but that's to be expected. Happy with the pads, and as others have mentioned, it does not include a bleed block, but if you're planning to change the pads yourself, I'd expect you have that basic tool already, so the lack of it is not a big deal for me.

OEM organic brake pads by SRAM
These Sram organic brake pads work as billed - QUIET, No Squeaks. Replacement OEM brake pads for Sram/TLM model XC brake set on my Pivot 429SL XC Mtn bike. These brake pads typically last for 300hrs +/-10% or 2yrs of riding on Colorado & Arizona mtn bike trails. I prefer to use the Aluminium backed pads for lighter weight, but these steel backed pads work the same, except are a few grams heavier.

Great so far
I replaced the pads in my Level TLM brakes with these pads and I've been happy with the performance. They have great initial bite and they're easy to modulate. I chose the organic pads because none of my descents are very extreme, but they feel very competent.

As the headline implies, these do not fit the SRAM RIVAL AXS ETAP HYDRAULIC calipers. All of the questions that indicate, "Will fit any SRAM HRD/Hydraulic brakes" are incorrect. Do your research.

Bought for my Ribble CGR AL with SRAM Rival hydro brakes, exact equivalent of the OEM pads and work fine. Comes with pad spring, retaining bolt and retaining clip.
