Beautiful, great deal
These lights are amazing for the price, put in a dimmer switch and they are beautiful. I would not plan on getting over adventurous with the vending, the metal is flexible but it takes some effort. People are commenting it's cheap, very few parts are plastic, all the important parts are metal or glass. Handle with Care and follow the instructions then you will have a good product at a great deal

Poor Design, even poorer construction.
I purchased this product because it had six light heads, was advertised as brushed nickel and easy install. The 6 heads was correct! I don't consider poorly paint grey/silver or grey plastic as brushed nickel. The "Flexible" tracks really do not bend easily and if you can get it to bend it relaxes back as it sits. The electrical connection at the midpoint on the track and the lights are not easily done. The 2 metal slide connectors do not line up with the grooves on the rail without manipulating them (bend or push with a tool during install). What should have been a 1 hour install turned into 4 or 5 over 2 days with allot of frustration and bad language! I would have gladly paid more to get some quality. Also, the instructions state, Step 6, "The screws on connector need to go through the small hole on the rails or the fixture will not light up."?? There were no holes and if there were they would have gone through the center ground wire. Tightening them down on the track works fine.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
We received the box and were surprised to see that the box containing the product didn’t come packed within a shipping box. The box the product came in was the box we received. The product box looked beat up with a hole in one side of it. Despite being worried that all sorts of things were going to be broken, everything was in pretty good shape. The only thing we ran into was a broken halogen lightbulb. No big deal, because we planned to change them out immediately to LEDs.The Good: Stylish enough for our needs and flexibility to put lights where you want. Our kitchen electrical box is not centered on the ceiling, so this was a great option. We could still center the actual fixture along the beam on the ceiling. The Bad: This product was a little flimsy. We went to tighten the box joining the rails, and it ripped the screws out of the cover. Luckily, it wasn’t a dealbreaker, and we were still able to put up the fixture and join the rails together. We had a few nicks in what I am convinced is just spray paint masquerading as “brushed nickel.” Once it’s up though, it’s not noticeable. The Ugly: This was a nightmare of an installation. The directions aren’t good at all and it’s extremely delicate. We have it up on the ceiling and have some adjustments still to make (the spacing of the supports to the ceiling - I’m very particular), but we’re dreading having to touch it and make adjustments. The connections are all extremely finicky. If lights get moved along the track or adjusted, they tend to go out. This installation easily took about 3 hours because of the difficulty we were having with various parts. If you can afford to have an electrician install it, do it! It’s worth avoiding the headache. We just got the light up today, and overall I like it. It looks great and lights up the kitchen nicely. We went from having no light from a single lightbulb hanging from the ceiling to tons of light. I’m pretty sure you can see our kitchen from outer space now. We will likely put a dimmer on at some point, but for right now, I’m enjoying being able to see. I would purchase this again, but I would pay an electrician to install it.

Only half of the light bar worked
The half that worked is great! We just used the one half rather than trying to return it. It looks good from the floor, but it is made out of plastic. The lights themselves are great. I needed more light in my kitchen, that I could aim where I needed it, and the lights are nice and bright. But we had already put the holes in the ceiling for the entire light and only half of it worked so the holes had to be filled in and ceiling painted (needed to do that anyway). I would say that you might be better off to spend a little more and get one that is sturdier so it all works. This one is lower priced but that is probably why.

Patience needed
The light fixture looks nice once up. We replaced the halogen bulbs with LEDs which are almost too bright. We may put a dimmer on later. A couple of the bulbs were stuck and took a lot of effort to remove. We are intelligent DIYers who have installed a lot of light fixtures and more. This was by far the worst installation experience. Instructions are vague and inaccurate as they mention holes that don’t exist and are not clearly illustrated. This was installed on a drop down ceiling. Because the rails were so stiff and darn near impossible to bend and shape, we could not use the holes from the previous track light fixture. The lights themselves were difficult to get lined up on the track and the caps used to hold them are flimsy plastic and hard to hold and twist as they are so small. One of the lights was chipped around the edges but luckily the metal band covers that. Once up we had to make several adjustments to get them to work. We had 4 on and working but when we put on the fifth one they all quit. Finally got that fixed. If you’ve never installed track lights I would definitely NOT recommend you get this one. Spend a bit more money to get better quality.

A bit of a challenge to install and somewhat fragile, but looks great
The track is very very stiff and needs a lot of force to bend into shape. I mean a LOT. Some people may not have the strength to give it the shape they really want, and the track is delivered in two pieces you must assemble on the ceiling, so you have to plan the shape carefully. The track itself is extremely sturdy, but the clips that hold the track to the ceiling, the clip that connects the two pieces of track, and the clips that hold the lamps themselves look and feel upclose like really cheap plastic. You also have to be very careful exactly where along the track you install the holding clips, otherwise the track will droop in some areas, so I had to move a few of mine so the track stayed straight. All in all, this is one of the hardest lighting fixture to install, but at the end, the results are really great.

Do not buy this. Blow your money buying scratch tickets instead.
This is so terrible that you should read my review, then pay me if I manage to convince you out of buying it.If you think ikea is cheap... By comparison... Ikea lighting is a Ferrari, Rolls Royce or private jet compared to this piece of garbage. It's terrible to install, of terrible quality such that the caps on the light heads don't even screw in properly... And the pins that provide power to the track broke off when installing.Buy literally any track lights except globe.

Cheap Quality, Glass chips, too expensive.
3 of the Glass bulbs were chipped on the Front were the Plastic Ring screws on. The other 3 chipped when I put on and removed the Plastic Ring to change Bulbs. I do like the Light, it is cheaply made, but looks good once it is up. I wanted to keep it, I just have to be careful not to cut myself on sharp Glass when changing a Bulb. I contacted Amazon, they refunded me $60, so I thought I that was a fair Deal in the End. Having all 6 Bulbs chip, I think it might happen to all the Lights. Shipping Box was ok. I replaced all the Bulbs with LED Versions, they fit. (barely) Hope this helps.

Electrical connections in light fixtures do not line up with the track!
It took longer to attach the lights to the track than to to install the track & wiring.Very cheaply made. I hade to adjust all the electrical connections on the light fixtures because they were not lined up properly to the track from factory, so when I would install each fixture, it would not work until I experimented with the required adjustments. Very time consuming!
