UMAi Dry 32mm (1.25") Sausage Casing Packet

Very strong "inedible" casings with no blowouts. This will add around a dollar per pound to your your dried sausage, but, it is well worth it for the home sausage maker. From raw pork to finished product in about a months time. Make sure you firmly tighten the included zip ties or use your own hog rings.

Umai dry 1.25 sausage casings came in on time and were the perfect size for my Spanish Chorizo. The sausage came out delicious.

If you follow the directions, you will get perfect results. It couldn't have been easier... it almost feels like cheating! I would buy these much more often if they were less expensive. For now, I have to wait for a special occasion to buy but if they are happy with low volumes at super high prices, I guess that's their business. I've seen other reviews where people didn't follow the directions and they were disappointed so just remember to follow the directions (if you haven't guessed, it's really important to follow the directions).
