Are these stands stable enough to put 4 stands under a 45 ft. Fifth wheel RV to keep the tires off the ground?

I use these as a back up in case the car slips or rolls off the jack. They can definitely do the job, but I wouldn't use them as the primary stand if I'm underneath.

Is this capable of safely supporting a half ton van?
