Poor finish on the handle of the Paddle
Received my Onix Graphite Z5 paddle today and was disappointed to see the handle finished was unsatisfactory. I will have to tape over it myself. Quality control is lacking. I will now keep my fingers crossed for good playability.

Great paddle offers both power and control has big sweet spot.
I am new to pickleball so I did a lot of research on paddles and decided to go with the OnixZ5. There was lots of positive reviews and decided to take a chance . I have been using the paddle for a month now an really love how the paddle handles. It’s weight is perfect for control shots and no problem getting extra power on my serves when I need it. If your just starting out in pickleball I would strongly suggest looking at this paddle. Its reasonably priced, has a big sweet spot and found the handle very comfortable.

You won’t regret buying this paddle !
I studied Pickle Ball pallets and read many reviews on different models/brands. I wanted to spend less but decided to spend a few more $ based on the reviews I read. Until buying the Z5 I was borrowing paddles from other players and being new to the sport I really couldn’t tell a good paddle from one that is not as good. I’ve been using the Z5 for a month now and have also received some valuable training so my game has improved significantly. The more I use the Z5 the more I like it and I’m finding that my confidence is growing every game with improved accuracy, control and power. I believe the Z5 is a big part of my game improvement.
