Is this price for 1 item? If so why over 60 dollars?

I don't remember the exact price I paid but it must have been a third of what's advertised. Definitely not worth 60$

Has anyone used this on plastic models? If so,how long does it take to set?

It's just a typical set time for model glue. It's no faster that Tamiya Testor or other model cement. Think it shipped from the UK when I bought mine so it took a long time to get it. Don't know if that's the case now it was a year or two ago

does this glue cause crazing or clouding on clear plastic windows, etc.? What is the ingredient in it?

You can use it on clear parts if you clear coat the parts first. I use this glue and rarely had any trouble using it on clear parts. Revell makes a clear parts glue, try Googling that...good luck!

Does this have a horrible odor like the Tamiya cement?

I haven't noticed any especially strong odor from the Revell cement, certainly nothing I would describe as "horrible." Of course, as I have gotten older, my wife says that I seem to be losing my sense of smell.
