Great!
I've tried a couple different boards. This one is one of the better quality ones I've used. I'm about to buy a second for bigger maps. It's bigger in dimension than most others if this kind and it goes right to the edge making it easier to connect boards together.

Not actually a 1" grid
I bought this with the intent of using it to easily set up a 26" x 26" miniatures game with prescribed map layouts. Imagine my surprise when I took a measuring tape to it and discovered that the actual laminated part is actually 26.25" x 26.25, with the """1 inch""" grid squares no longer matching the 1 inch markings on two different tape measures after about 4 inches in either direction. This isn't necessarily a dealbreaker for systems that just need a grid that can be marked, but for a system where terrain features need to be precisely placed, this grid falls a bit short. I'll still use it since it will likely be more accurate than just eyeballing it to the closest third of an inch as I was doing before, but it's disappointing nonetheless.

Works fine, has some flaws
The product is big, and thick, exactly what I wanted, but it has some issues.First, it had a large 1.5 inch bubble in the surface material. It also had a decent sized impact mark on the side. Those are minor. The primary issues with this product is how it's folding construction was handled. The "hinge" is in fact the surface layer, so, as time goes on, the surface layer will peal away from the board. Mine already was on shipping, and before I could figure out why, it was made worse by merely opening it. It's thickness working against it.Still better than a rolled up version when actually using it as a mat. And considering it's price, the fact that this thing isn't gonna last forever isn't a huge issue. In fact, that's about the price range for when I wouldn't care if it only last 6-12 months, especially when it's 40% the price of the next option for a similar product.I'll report back over time, and revise this review as things go.

Good grid board
The media could not be loaded. Saved me money from using the grid paper. Could be improved by being folded to a smaller size to fit my backpack but it fits on my duffel bag so it isn't the worst problem

Great Quality & Sturdy
For Clarity: I typically don't leave 5 stars unless the product absolutely wows me.Does what it's supposed to, does not disappoint. Some may consider it a little small, but for the most part its great!!

Great for all gaming!
This is great for TTRPGs or even adjusting other board games like Betrayal. It is very sturdy and wipes clean. Great price and easy to carry to game night.

Do not clean easy
The cardboard is firm and good quality but the panel joints seems week. Handle with care. The dry erase markers leave markings you need good markers and specialized cleaner to remove them.I'm satisfied but disappointed with the dry erase surface materiel.
