I am a gym guy and I used to eat one after I came back from the gym and it made me full to the amount that I felt energetic and not lethargic after the workout but not too full that it made me sleepy. It was just a perfect amount. Also the flavours are one of the best things about yogabar. I am huge chocolate enthusiast and to come across flavour like brownie mix and cranberry and peanut butter made me happy that I was eating something that was a substitute of chocolate and was this healthy. This is definitely a very nice product and fully fat free. Best for protein and flavours. Must try it .
