GlideRite 1.5 Inch Solid Round Knurled Cabinet Knob, Satin Gold, 5825

Love the look. Consistent machining/manufacturing across 40 knobs. Hefty feel. One of our friends said they look like Harley parts. Trust me. That's a very high compliment.Down side? They require assembly. The knob portion is machined separate from the stem. A threaded stud connects the two parts (3-piece assembly). This is why I reduced the Easy To Install rating by one star.I disassembled all the knobs, using care not to mess up the studs' threads. It wasn't difficult to take them apart. Unfortunately, that's their Achilles Heel. The stem and knob assemblies, should never come apart. Never ever. I can't imagine the carnage should a lose knob fall from the stem and hit our expensive counter top or floor.So, after disassembly, I used purple Thread-Locker (different brand names are similar) to put the 3 pieces back together, assembling the threaded stud to the stem, first. After drying for about an hour, I used the purple Thread-Locker to secure the knob to the previously affixed stud. After drying time, this creates a strong bond between the 3 components, ready to install on your cabinets, with a tremendously reduced chance of a knob assembly coming apart.The included screws for attaching the knob assemblies to drawers and doors are most adequate. Two sizes are included with each knob. I did not need to alter my drawers or doors, nor did I need to purchase different screws.We love these knobs. The look, size, detail and comfort of use are what we wanted in our new kitchen. They're gorgeous. A little Thread-Lock, time and effort made them safer and superior than the original, factory assemblies. I would buy them, again.

These looked good. Some had a few very minor (very small) scratches but not enough to ruin them. Thought they were to heavy for my application at first but with a little effort they gave just the right touch of luxury and masculinity! Great for a sturdy and heavy item to use them on or by simply adding an extra washer in the back to support them and cutting the breakaway screws to fit they work great! So glad I didnt return them!Perfect touch to my remodeling journey!

Comparable to cabinet hardware found at Restoration Hardware; at a fraction of the price! We can't tell any difference between this hardware and that from RH, actually. We purchased the knurled knobs (used on some narrow drawers) as well as 5" handles, which we used on all doors and all drawers that were over 10" in width. This hardware has a heavy feel, lux to touch, and has lux look to it. Great customer service from the seller as well. I'm so glad that I found this product before spending over 4X for the same hardware at RH! This hardware helped transform our new construction kitchen from cookie-cutter blah kitchen to kitchen design deluxe! Ordering chrome for the bathrooms next!

We renovate Kitchen and Bathroom cabinets and I have used many knobs and pulls but these ones look gorgeous and high end.

This is a great quality knob and should last just about forever.
