iRobot Roomba Authentic Replacement Parts - Roomba 800 & 900 Series Spinning Side Brushes (3 Pack)

The side brush on my Roomba broke off and was unable to clean next to my walls. This replacement fit without any issues. The side brush replacement also comes with the screw in the middle so you don't need the old one. I installed it about 3 weeks ago and what a difference it makes to have it back installed. It is able to pick up dog hair and other particles near the edge of the wall. It's a great replacement without any issues.

No idea where these negative reviews are coming from. We received 3 OEM Roomba side brushes. It was easy as pie to install the side brush and it fit just like the one it replaced. It also works like the one it replaced. Really helps to get up dirt in the corners and edges the roomba wouldn't otherwise be able to reach. For reference, we've owned our 880 for about 9 months and use it daily. We're changing the side brush now, but we've wanted to change it since the 6 month point. We'll update this review in the future to let you know how long one of these replacement brushes last.

I have used the cheaper replacement brushes, and found they wear out much faster; so I'm back to paying the slightly higher cost for these, and find they last long enough to more than justify the cost. Update, December, 2018: Since my original review, I have found some decent quality, much less expensive alternatives. Amyehouse makes good quality side brushes and HEPA filters, and Neutop makes some good quality debris extraction rollers. The cost savings is considerable. My order of side brushes came in an authentic iRobot box and can be therefore authenticated as OEM parts. (I've bought Roomba parts before that came in plain brown boxes, and that made me suspicious of their origins.) The brush on my 800-series Roomba does wear out -- they thin, bend, and generally work less efficiently -- and replacing it improves the robot's ability to get crumbs and other dirt out of corners and away from baseboards to put them in the path of the vacuum. It's easy to overlook the importance of the side brush until you replace one and see the difference. I like that the box includes three brushes so I don't have to order the next two times I need to replace mine. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Easy to install and works as advertised. Don’t over tighten screw. Just snug it up as seems to get the way of proper operation (learned from experience)

Easy to install, took less than 5 minutes and now my Roomba is good as new!

I ordered several products said to be compatible with 600 series Roombas only to receive them and realize that the screws were different and too short to fit on my machine. In desperation, I googled “Do 800/900 side brushes fit Roomba 655,” and found information on the Irobot site that said they did (and also that they fit 645). Received these parts, and they are a perfect fit.
