Stopped working after 6 weeks.
I liked how this product looked and operated. I am disappointed that it no longer works after about 6 weeks. Several of the key buttons are frozen in place and can not be pushed. The lock stays unlocked without pushing in the combination. It was installed in my inside door between my house and attached garage. There is no contact number to call for help.

Doesn’t work out of the box
The product was scratched out of the box. Instructions say it defaults to right hand door but actually came defaulted for left side. I tried to change the side of the latch side and as I was following the poor instructions a tiny little spring came flying out. Now I don’t know how to put it back since the instructions don’t mention it. Definitely sending it back for a refund.

Not an "easy install"
The media could not be loaded. This looked like an ideal solution for one of our vinyl gates, that had been broken into. The old lock could be bypassed by taking out the screws. While no lock is perfect, we wanted to make our gate less attractive to thieves. The specs say a maximum of 55mm thickness. The first picture shows we are right at 55mm (about 2-1/8inches). The "blade" that connects to the back half of the lock just barely make a connection, so there is no "extra" -55 is definitely the limit. We had to remove the rubber "gasket" that came with the lock to make it work. If your application is less than 55mm thick, you may be able to use the rubber gasket, but we could not.The bolts that are supplied with this are pre-notched to make cutting easier. They are a soft steel, and were slightly bent from the package. I opted to use heavier grade hardware that would not rust. The top bolt (the second picture) is a metric 5x70. The bottom bolt (third picture) is a metric 5x80. You will have to cut the supplied bolts, even if you are using the maximum 55mm spacing. The key is my greatest frustration. We chose this lock because we had the option to give someone a key for access (like a vacation), without having to disassemble the lock to change the code, afterward. The key does not unlock the lock! I have put a pretty good torque on it, but I am afraid I will break the key off in the lock if I twist any harder (the video). It works well, by the keypad and by the inside knob, and the mechanism seems robust, so I gave it two stars.I may change my rating, depending on what happens when I contact the seller.

Stopped working
My husband installed this lock on our privacy fence. The lock was great for the first six months but it stopped working! My husband even took it apart to find the source of it not working. It worked 3x after fixing it but eventually stopped working again. I do not recommend this product.
