Freshens breath well! We love how pocket-sized these are—you can keep them in the car, bag, etc. They dissolve faster than mints, which is helpful if you want fresh breath but don’t want to commit to sucking on something for a long time. The flavor is nice, but it’s super strong and sharp, so if you don’t like bold flavors, it might not be for you.

I had seen a tiktok video where someone was saying using a Listerine Breath strip during an anxiety/panic attack will help ground you and bring you back out of the attack. Since I suffer with both anxiety and panic attacks, I ordered immediately. They do help me a lot. When I start feeling anxious I can put one on my tongue and the sharp flavor helps me focus on that instead of the worries and fears. I don't know if it would help much if you are in full blown panic/anxiety attack- thankfully I haven't had a full one since buying these strips. But they have been helping me and hopefully someone else can read this review and maybe it can help them as well.

Love the tiny pack, it's easy to carry and store. Taste is mint, but a strong taste unsettles my stomach 1 of 10 times if swallowed. I suck on it for a bit and spit it out and my stomachs fine. Using baking soda is better, but can't carry that around.

I’ve always loved Listerine, but I never tried the strips. I’m obsessed with them. They’re small enough to carry my purse and it brings a lot in one little packet that you make your breath so much better and if you don’t like chewing gum constantly this is definitely a great alternative.

They dissolve quickly, don’t leave sticky residue, and feel a bit more tactical and discreet than chewing something for ten minutes like a contemplative cow. Pop one in, freshen up, carry on with life like a socially acceptable human. Small, effective, and surprisingly satisfying to use. Definitely my go-to over gum or mints now.

Simply put, these are exceptional items to keep your breath fresh. They melt on your tongue in seconds, and the only thing you need to do is make sure to align them evenly on your tongue to get the most out of them. The result is a very powerful and reassuring feeling of minty fresh breath, and they are extremely useful after lunch. I have reluctantly removed a star due to finding that eventually some of the packets seem to suffer, for an unknown reason, a freezing effect whereby the strips inside harden and appear almost frozen. I'm not sure if it is something that I am doing wrong, but I doubt it, for all I do is either leave them in my bedroom or keep them in my trouser pocket when I'm out and about.
