Q: can glue be used to reinforce stick on tiles in corners and around pipes and radiators?

Yes, it will stick and it will stay.

Q: could I use this product to "glue" metal screen to concrete block (to block out rats)?

The "performance Facts" as written on the label reads: Adheres to Wood,OSB,Drywall,Brick,CONCRETE, Masonry,Stone,Marble, Granite,METAL,Pvc,Foam Insulation.I have used it to glue together broken Roof tiles and it works pretty good for that too. I would suggest using some tape To help maintain the screen in its place while the glue completely cures.

Q: Will this work on a painted concrete surface ? Applying a stone veneer to an outside painted cinder block wall.

I used it to waterproof holes in a reinforced concrete roof for the passage of solar electric cables and solar hot water circulating pipes. The roof was painted with standard latex. Worked perfectly.

Q: Can I use this to re-glue some self stick floor ties that have come loose?

Yes, I believe it will work. You should be careful not to apply too much as it may ooze around the edges of the tiles. Wipe up any that does seep out right away with a paper towel with mineral spirits. You will probably want to weigh the tiles down until the glue fully sets - about a half hour should do it. Avoid full traffic for 24 hours.
