I’ve had 3 rescue rabbits who despite my best efforts love the conservatory, it’s their room now it’s where they feel safe and that’s fine by me! The rest of the house is always open to them should they fancy coming to see me and my partner.A few weeks back we discovered one had mites!! The vet said the heat could be a factor with mites and as they are all between 6-8 now the hot summers could be tough, £200 for this and some jello for his ears and eye drops for 2 of the trio.When the gf told me this I ordered this as soon as I could, arrived the next day but had no need until this weekend, wow it’s very very impressive! The conservatory is freezing after 2 hours of use it’s done very very well!Was a little noisy but like all noises machines a quick whack and it’s sorted! The rooms about 24sq meters and only just weather proof, all windows are blown with gaps so even more impressed! Thankfully new conservatory is going in next month, with the entire house being reglazed at the same time so I’m hoping it gets even better!I chose this for the size, it’s not too big and works a treat

It does the job as you would expect an AC unit with an exhaust house out the window. It definitely cools down the whole flat. We live in a 2 bed flat and the AC is installed in the living room. If you would let this run for 2 hours with all the doors opened, it would drop the temperature from 27 to 23-24 degrees. Energy consumption is decent, as it takes 1kwh/60 mins usage. This is roughly 25pence per hour.Build quality feels good and it also looks great in black. It’s not very loud, but not quite either. You have to think that it’s not just a fan, it’s got a compressor as well. It’s not very big compared to other units I have seen.I would be giving it 5 stars, but there some functionality missing. For example, it does not have a thermostat that will turn the machine on as soon as the room reaches a certain temperature, you will have to turn it off yourself. It has the sleep function and a timer function, but again none of these work as good as a thermostat function would. That way your room will have your desired temperature all the time. I guess for the money it’s worth it, giving that there are units well over £500 out there. Another thing is the fan speeds. There’s only 2 - low and high. The thing is, you cannot stay anywhere near it regardless of the fan speed, as it’s blowing cold air with very high velocity no matter the fan speed. I guess that can be a good thing as well as a bad thing. Overall I’m happy with it and I can recommend it!

this ac unit is a great bit of kit, it easily cools down my room (if a little too well) I have it plumed into my smart system using an rm4 pro so I can control it easier with Alexa and my phone. it has a few different modes "cool, dry, fan" The cool mode is the actual ac part of the unit. dry is the dehumidifier. and the fan well its just a fan. haha would be better if it had a revisor so you can use the dehumidifier without supplying your own bucket or leading the pipe out a window.TLDR: great ac unit easy to setup to smart home (easier if you have a rm4 pro) cools room quickly

This unit is noisy and has never manged to get down to the 16 degerres yat. My unit also has water dripping out the fron right hand corner, the unit also has to up fan speed alot to cool the unit don't waste your time with this rubbish buy something better. Now strugggling to get a return no pick up or free return stcuk with it I feel ripped off.

Great product. Works upto a medium sized room (5m x 6m in my case) and really helps. As a good working example my room was 27degrees celcius at 10pm. Plugged this bad boy in and by bed time at 11:30pm my room was down to 20degrees and by about 1am when I woke it needed to be turned off as the room was a chilly 18degrees. It's very noisy and depending on your windows, also a bit cumbersome to set up but it's well worth it. I would also recommend a window sealing kit bought separately to seal the window which you use to expell the hot air from the unit as if the wind is against you all the hot extracted air is easily blown straight back in the same window.

Husband wanted a portable Air Con unit for the bedroom , it does the job but it’s a bit of a faff as it comes with a quite big hose to put out of the window to vent it, it’s not silent but you can still sleep with it on . Cools the room quickly and has a handy remote or you can operate it from your phone . Not heavy to move and comes on wheels , overall good value and I have a Happy Cool Husband

Really like this unit. It's a nice looking unit - clean and crisp, so would fit with any decor and the top has touch sensitive buttons - no plasticky panel that wears with use. I'm using in a relatively large double bedroom and it's coping well, no need to drain as yet so condenser coping with the space and hot weather. Cools the space very quickly. I use the room for work and the noise level perfectly fine for me, not intrusive. I have ordered some headphones with a noise cancelling mic for when I'm on the phone for calls- just in case. The hose is always a pain, but necessary - the closer to the window you can position, the less of it you have to deal with. Overall very happy and would recommend. (10000btu)

Works very well. We have ours on the upper landing , when doors left open it effectively cools all rooms. (Small house ). It is very loud. No way we could sleep with it running
