Does this ice pack leak

I purchased the Gel Cold & Hot Pack - 11x14.5" Reusable Warm or Ice Pack for Injuries, Hip, Shoulder, Knee, Back Pain on 23 July 2020. I used it three times and it started to leak. I believe the company has a policy where they will replace it. I have yet to reach out to them.

How long does this ice pack stay cold?

At least an hour but it was still cold . Best ice pack I have owned. Other ice packs don't stay cold as long as this one. Very pleased 4 1/2 star

It is about 17 or 18mm thick. This is very good quality and I would recommend it. The 3 sections make it easy to use.
