This is my second product from Rico and I am thoroughly satisfied with their customer support and product quality. The iron has great build quality and doesn't drip water unlike other steam irons that I have used. Special mention of the power cord which is nylon braided so won't deform unlike other cords. Iron gets hot super quick. Almost in a couple of seconds.This particular iron is my second steam iron and I used an Inalsa steam iron before this. I bought this especially because of its magic temperature feature. Though I think its a gimmick because it does not really increase or decrease the temperature of the plate but rather delivers constant steam and reduces the otherwise harsher impact of the hot plate. Overall effective but pricey feature to have when compared with a regular steam iron.I still recommend this who have a thing for quality over value.

The iron is of great quality, the automatic temperature setting works well as I haven't had to change settings for different clothes. It's really helpful that it's heavy as it helps with ironing. The steam and water spray buttons are well positioned and comfortable to use. After sales was fantastic too. The day it was delivered, I got a phone call asking whether i need any assistance with using the product and they sent a video as well. Pretty great considering its an iron box and people are likely aware of how to use one. Definitely value for money. Highly recommend.

Very poor quality. Stopped working within four months. Promised replacement warranty is sham. They are asking us to send the product by courier to Bombay. No outlet or office in Delhi or other parts of the country. Feel bad and let down by false statements.

Good appliance. Esp. for the price, and keeping in mind the competition. A must for those who have their clothes ironed by house-helps who are not aware enough / careful enough to adjust the temperature themselves.
