How high the stream of water can go? I want to use it as a sprayer to spray chimicals on to a 3-level house, which normal sprayer can't.

How would it work for mower decks & grill grates?

It's at most only 320psi so probably not going to work will for your use case. It'll sweep loose grass off your mower deck but baked on crud probably no, and a grill? that's probably a no as well.
