Actually work, I am a person with really bad sleep habits, but within an hour of taking, I felt Noddy, and fell asleep pretty quick, slept through till i woke up way earlier than I usually do with the broken sleep

I got this GTN Z-MAX supplement to further support my active, healthy lifestyle and have got to say they really help give me that extra pump at the gym.This supplement has many health benefits such as reducing tiredness and fatigue, allowing you to fall into a deeper sleep, boosts testosterone, improves recovery, assists muscle growth, and elevates energy levels.It contains many powerful ingredients. Each capsule contains 10mg of Zinc, 150mg of Magnesium Citrate and Vitamin B6. Not only does it have all the fitness benefits that I have stated above, but it also contains Zinc, which is an essential mineral for many body functions, it supports normal protein synthesis, metabolism, maintains healthy bones, hair, nails, skin and supports the immune system.3 capsules are recommended daily for men and 2 capsules are recommended for women. 180 are included so this provides around a 2-month supply depending on the dose you take. They are medium in size and easy enough to swallow.I find that these really work well for my active lifestyle, I am constantly out on runs, cycles and at the gym. They give me that boost I need and improve my overall health at the same time. However, I do find that if you take other supplements like I do, then taking 3 of these daily can be too much.Overall, they work well, are reasonably priced but I am disappointed that they are not suitable for vegetarians.

This GTN Z-Max Maximum Strength capsules contain Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6 Complex all in one.You get a pack of 180 included and the dosage advises taking 3 a day for men and 2 a day for women.For men, that's around 2 months and for women that's 3 months supply at £12.99 a bottle.This product boasts reduction of fatigue, tiredness, promoting sleep aid and boosts testosterone as well as aiding muscle support.The pills are a standard size for capsules and look like they will be easy to swallow.As another suggested, I was very disappointed to find these had gelatin inside, as no where was this mentioned this was not suitable for vegetarians and no clear product listing to show this. (If I have missed this then happy to amend however, I did check beforehand).This means it's not suitable for a halal diet (as I'm assuming it's not halaal beef gelatin as no where is it advertised as so). For this reason I've rated it down.I do think the listing needs to clearly state it's not suitable for these diets instead of allowing a consumer to order and find out after.

Only been started taking these for a couple of weeks. Great, deep sleep - really beneficial to getting a good sleep. Highly recommended! Will definitely reorder in the future.

Can't speak to the quality of the ingredients as I don't have a laboratory, but given the massive inconsistencies in the fill-levels between the capsules, I find it impossible to believe they're the best... Won't be buying again.

THIS GTN Z-MAX HAS PROVED ME WRONG. AS I READ DOWN THE LIST, EACH CATEGORY WAS A RESOUNDING YES AND SO I HAVE HAD TO AWARD 5 STARS IN EVERY CATEGORY. DID IT REDUCE MY TIREDNESS ? YES AND I GOT SO MUCH MORE ACHIEVED. DID IT AID SLEEP ? YES AND I HAD SOME WONDERFUL DEEP DREAMS. ARE THEY EASY TO SWALLOW ? AS SOMEONE WHO HAS TO TAKE A LOT OF TABLETS, THESE WERE NO MORE DIFFICULT THAN ANY OF THEM, SO YES. FLAVOUR ?? I CAN’T SAY THAT I NOTICED ANY FLAVOUR AT ALL, SO YES. THAT’S 5 STARS IN EVERY CATEGORY. I WOULD NEVER HAVE BELIEVED IT MYSELF. ALL THAT SAID, I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND GTN Z-MAX TO ANY AND EVERYONE.

Its hard to say if there working or something else. I do feel less pain and stiffness when I was using these. I'm 37 now and exercising again so can believe these are working as I feel great at the minute. I always did sleep well so cant comment on that.If you feel 3 tablets each night may be a bit much, consider if it helps get results then its worth it.I'm still taking and within 2 months lifted more weight than my younger fitter self ever could, so they must be doing something
