The chin strip may fit a bit tight for those with a bigger head.
I bought this for my dad, a 6'4, 260 lb dude - so he's got a big melon. Full transparency there. He said overall the product works well with one minor setback being the straps used to fasten your head in are a bit short and hard to strap. If the straps were a bit longer, it would meet the needs of larger people.

Almost sent it back
The reasons for the 2 Stars are:No warning about how you can hurt/choke yourself if you loose control of the water filled bag.The instructions have a lot of white on white making it hard to determine what's what. The instructions should include how totie a bowline knot to adjust the length of the string (in writing and illustrations) orinclude a buckle and/or D-Ring to adjust the length of the string orWarn you if cut the string and mess it up, you'll need to buy another string. You need to state the strength of the string including a safety margin and length for the new stringthe velcro straps are too short and are barely long enough for a large person. Longer is better.

Works, but neck sling needs to be softer
This works. It’s a bit of a pain to set up. It digs into my chin, so I need to put a microfiber towel between my chin and the sling.

Works good
Ordered this for my MIL as requested by her doctor she was able to use it some, but I don’t think it was really what she needed her issue ended up being something more.

Difficult to adjust by yourself
No instructions, difficult to adjust on head without another person helping you. Caused painful muscles in upper back. Primitive piece of equipment. Not recommended by my Physical Therapist.

The standard home neck stretcher
Pretty much the only game in town when it comes to neck stretchers. You fill a plastic bag with water. Placing a chin and head strap on your face and head, you sit on a chair facing away from one side of a door. Separated by a pulley system and a bracket that fits on top of the door, the water bag on the other side of the door exercises desired pressure in stretching the neck. Indispensable for treating cricks and strains in the neck.

Still haven't figured it out.
Directions leave a bit of info out when it comes to actual usage. The straping seems backwards or I am just not seeing how this and head goes together.
