Flag LED USB Busy Light Indicator (59 inch USB-C Cable)

What with all this working from home, I needed a new passive-aggressive way to signify to my significant other that the significant noise she was making in the kitchen while I was on significant calls was significantly distracting to other people. People kept thinking that I was in some sort of cafe! With this easy to set up dongle and its configurable keyboard shortcuts, I can quickly and easily signify whether I my significant other can make noise freely, whether making noise will annoy me, or whether making noise will earn her the Death Stare of Doom. It also integrates with common apps (Zoom and Teams) if you're inclined to let apps manage your passive-aggression. Works great, in a nutshell. Still has no affect on my significant other, but that's not the light's fault.

It's a piece of plastic with a led light and a neodymium magnet. Will stick on any metal surface. Basic micro usb cable to connect to PC. Control it with the app. Couldn't find any keybindings for the colours. Expensive for what it is, but there's no alternative. It works.

Brilliant , hooks up and at the moment I manually control it. Not hooked it up to Skype yet as my work laptop hasn't got privileged access. But currently this sits outside my office door, telling my daught when I'm busy on a call

This was suppose to come with a 59 inch cable. When I got the product the cable was barely 59cm. For that reason I have given this product a 1 star and am returning it. I cannot comment on how well it works as I haven’t used it.

Expensive for what it is, but serves a purpose

It does what is says. ( with additional software installed) I could have built a cheaper and larger one at at least half the price. Pretty disappointed to be honest.

I've used these at work for a few years now without any issue. I've seen zero downtime with the api being called every 30 seconds for each script on each flag. They're fantastic for having an instant visual indicator for a service or for the status of something. Even bought one for a home project. Probably recommend a 59 inch cable version though.

Product arrived broken! I had to fix it using superglue... Functionality wise, it is a great product.

Good lord, this is not what I thought it was going to be. Will only work on a laptop and the flag shown is maybe 2 inches long and unless you identify it with your co-workers telling them to loop at your laptop for the flag, this item is useless.

Wil je niet telkens gestoord worden als je aan je bureau zit gebruik dan deze "niet storen" LED.

To work you need to login to your Teams or Zoom account in their software... seems odd that it needs that level of access....

La synchronisation avec le statut Teams fonctionne très bien avec à peine quelques secondes de latence (il s’agit d’un appel API Teams et non d’une synchro en local, le client Teams n’est donc pas indispensable). Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas utiliser de raccourci clavier pour changer de mode ou de couleur. Le prix est assez élevé, mais il y a peu de concurrence.
