This works exactly as described. It took me one minute to form this into shape to mount above my PC screen. The metal core is stiff and rubber coated and will get a good grip on whatever. The ball swivel for the camera mount is pretty cheap plastic, but it does work well. I have a standard jitterbug smart phone in it and the grip is fine. Seems like a pretty good product for light use. If you plan to mount it and leave it then its perfect. I have no idea what its like to put around your neck - not interested.

I think everyone should get one is so easy if your hand get tired, you can put it on your bed or a couch and look at your phone

I just got this and thought I’d let buyers know that this takes some strength to uncoil to an acceptable angle. It will take some further work to get it set up so it is semi-comfortable.I also have not been able to stabilize the phone; it is hard to tighten the ferrule enough. I won’t fall asleep with this on. I bought one for a friend also but will return it; too difficult to manage for them.

It does hold your phone but if you have issues with your hands like I do... The amount of bending and correcting hurts after a while since its so stiff. The neck part isn't comfortable enough, especially if you can't get it in the right shape. This takes way too much strength. I got this specifically due to pain in my hands when holding my phone and wanted to reduce hand use. This isn't right for that.

I use one of these all the time when I am looking at me phone in bed. I usually get the black one, but I'm very happy with this new pink one.

And here's why... I have an iPhone 15 Pro and the mount part of the unit is solid which means it blocks your camera and you can only use it with camera facing you, or you would have to install it half way into the bracket allowing the camera to peek out. My goal was to use it when prepping food, but the mount doesn't allow for that without rigging it. But there's more... The unit isn't easily flexed so when you're trying to bend it into your desired shape, the vinyl covering twists and it's more than difficult to get into position. Once I unpackaged it and started manipulating it into shape, it was a mess. When you finally do figure out how to shape it and are using it on your neck, it bounces so the video is worthless. It doesn't stay secure and with movement. The provided lock to keep the phone steady doesn't do what it's supposed to. The phone not only bounces, but jiggles. I'm so disappointed. Sending it back :(

I work out of my car most afternoons and needed this for a better way to move around while on Zoom/Teams meetings when I am on a job site. This really doesn't shake as much as you think it would. If you aren't recording video for future use then this is fine to have around your neck and move with. Or if you're filming something that needs a shaky cam feel then this is fine. For the price you really can't beat this for the many ways you can adjust this Gumby like phone holder. It's sturdy enough to wind it around a tree branch or street lamp for on location selfies or video (of course be safe w your valuable phone you don't want it falling in a river or being snatched on the street). This does what it says it does.

Passo molto tempo al cellulare in quanto parte del mio lavoro lo svolgo tramite lo smartphone, spesso quindi mi ritrovavo ad assumere posizioni molto scomode impedendo quindi un lavoro comfortevole. Necessitavo quindi di un qualcosa che mi consentisse di lavorare bene e comodo, ho provato vari tipi di supporti, ma questo ha soddisfatto a pieno le mie esigenze. Il sostegno si adatta a tutti gli smartphone ( no tablet) Mentre le due estremità flessibili sono rigide in modo da poter consentire un uso con una sola mano, in quanto mentre si digita sullo schermo il cellulare rimane ben saldo e fermo senza fastidi. La parte che si mette attorno al collo invece presenta una comoda imbottitura che rende il tutto un supporto per smartphone ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Oltre che sul collo lo si può mettere anche sopra superfici rigide come Tavolo o scrivania. Lo consiglio!

I was actually surprised at how well it worked and how well it fit my Samsung Note 5. It was perfect in the sense that you can charge it from underneath because there was a gap in the holder in just the right spot... as well as a gap for the camera so it was perfect at plugging in and taking videos. Very pleased, would buy again.
