I was really excited to get my new chopsticks, however when I received them I quickly realized the item I received was most likely used. The box the chopsticks came in looked a little worn and dirty, and the chopsticks themselves were scratched and had dried up water droplet marks. I inspected them thoroughly and deduced that they were definitely used or poorly handled during the manufacturing process. Returning them is too complicated due to where I live, so I just wanted to let others know what my experience was like. As for their quality and performance I’m not sure, because I don’t think I’ll ever use them as I am very weary of where they’ve been.PS: the chopsticks are steel so taking pictures of the scratches and marks was very difficult. I circled the scratches and marks with red ink to allow you all to see what I’m talking about.

Didn't arrive with intact packaging, but the product was safe, and that is what matters, mostly. Though I do have to say that it is a bit unprofessional and shows a lack of care. Though because I don't know the exact circumstances that caused the damage, I choose to give them the benefit of the doubt. Anyway, It is a nice set. And worth it. Oh and it's pretty lightweight too.

I'll be using them with guests because they are so unique and pretty, but will offer other chopsticks to those who want something less slick. I found them to be the opposite of non-slip. They have "nonslip" markings, but there are no actual indentations or rougher texture or some sort of texturing that might aid with gripping. I'm really very sad these incredibly gorgeous chopsticks will be used mostly for show in my home--but it is what it is.

The chopsticks are pretty. It's a great product but it had absolutely no protective packaging. The box wasn't even sealed to ensure it wouldn't open. When I took it out of the package the chopsticks were everywhere. They were not in their place. What held the chopsticks in place was ripped from all the moving around. They just threw the product in a bubble mailer and the bubble mailer looked like it would not protect anything. I think that would be the only bad thing about this.

These are very beautiful. Problem is that I bought these as a gift and when I opened the box the colors were mixed up and the black paper holding them in was torn apart. Looked like someone tore them to see one. I feel bad because it would have made a beautiful presentation. I don't know who is at fault for this.
