普段はチョコレート味のプロテインを飲んでまたいたのですが流石にこの夏の暑さに爽やかな飲み心地の物を探していたところこちらのプロテインをみつけました。水では溶けにくいですが半分くらい溶かしてそこに私は氷を2〜3個入れて一緒にシェイクし冷たくして飲んでいます。

Easy to use good flavour

This tastes fine but is difficult to get a smooth shake. Works out being lumpy and does not dissolve well at all.

Really convenient way of getting protein in especially when at work or running errands. Peach tea and grapefruit flavours are great if you don’t like things too sweet. It gets a little lumpy but I’ve found that with most powders unless you’re using a blender. Overall great product and definitely seen the benefit combined with training.
