If someone doesn't have an answer about this product, why do they respond to the question?

I have a real answer to this question. Amazon SOLICITS *unwitting* customer to "answer a question" about an item at random, via the customers' Alexa. People agree to answer the question before they know what the question is and they do not know their answer will be transcribed and posted to the Q&A. I have had Alexa ask me about something I bought after I ask an unrelated question. Example-- Me: Alexa, when will my order get here? Alexa: Your shipment will arrive on blah blah--By the way, a customer has a question about a shirt that is like the one you bought on June 25,2020. Would you like to answer it? Me: OK. Alexa: The customer wants to know the exact chest width in centimeters of the size medium. Me: oh, I don't know the answer to that one. Alexa: Thank you for your answer! And VOILÁ! Your non-answer answer of "I don't know the answer to that" is transcribed and posted to the Q&A. And I hope THAT answers your question.

I bought a pair but they didn't come with instructions to zoom close? with age i can't see the print on the t v menu nor scores for tennis matches.

I have a pair of Poldr 8x21's. It can focus as close as 10ft. It doesn't really zoom in the sense of changing magnification. Maybe you're referring to focus? To focus, adjust focus for your left eye using the center adjustment ring, then adjust focus for your right eye using the adjustment ring on the right eyepiece.
