2 big dents one product
As many of the customer faced the issue. The oven has two dents. Happened during transit. Oven is working fine. But new product with dents is hard to accept. I kept the oven as it's working fine. Five stars for the oven, zero for amazon delivery.

This product only looks good... Horrible temperature control. All the food items that i made have gone bad or i had to rebake it.

Letdown
The OTG itself is excellent — I love the classic look, and the temperature control is very precise. It performs really well and feels premium. However, I was disappointed with the condition it arrived in. Due to poor transportation, the OTG had several dent marks. Also, there were visible finger grease marks on the inside of the glass door, which made it look like a used product. It’s a great product, but the handling and packaging need serious improvement.
