Acrylic material is a high quality, crystal clear, durable upgrade from styrene plexiglass. It has a harder surface than most other plastics, but is still a bit softer than glass. Acrylic is scratch resistent but not scratch proof so you should take special care when handling or cleaning. Our .060" thick acrylic sheeting arrives covered in a protective clear wrapping. This clear wrap must be peeled off both sides of the acrylic to properly display your framed piece.

Product cracked
Product arrived with a 2x3” crack in it. For what im using it for on cake decorating i can work around it but i do not recommend the product for other uses without changes being made to thier shipping practices.

Great choice
A great replacement for a broken glass covering a dropped picture frame. So much better than replacing with glass. I would use this over glass anytime that you want to avoid the hassle of broken glass.

fooled
At first I thought it was blue--then I realized there is a peel off film on it--the edges are quite sharp especially the corners. Much thinner than the picture seems to portray.
