For me, it was very cushioning in my running shoes and give just the right amount of arch support. The arch support is mild but your mileage may vary. The good thing is it is returnable if it doesn't fit correctly.

Bought through Amazon global, the entire buying process was very smooth and got delivery within 2 weeks. Would recommend using amazon global services - reliable and transparent way to buy stuff not generally available in India.Coming to the product itself, these insoles are average, not comparable to the Neat Feet or Back joy insoles that are also available in amazon. the gel only covers a small area in the heel and the cushion is not thick enough. It is more or less like a standard insole that comes with the shoes when you buy them, so not worth spending so much money on.

These insoles have a raised pad under the heel about the size of a quarter, which, not surprisingly, makes it feel like you are stepping on a padded quarter with every step. It really hurts my heels so I dread wearing them and would definitely not buy them again.

I was worried these would be too thick, but I loosened my laces for a few weeks and after they were worn in, they're great. I'll be buying more in the future.
