Ace Microbiology!: The EASY Guide to Ace Microbiology

This is a fantastic book. Microbiology is such a difficult topic for new students because there is such a large volume of information to remember that is not only sequential but, also contains many factoids that are possible test questions. This breaks a huge microbiology textbook down into a simplified outline without endless wordiness that ultimately distracts you from what you need to learn. I look forward to retaking microbiology with this in my corner for a much better result. I strongly recommend you buy this book and use it with your textbook if you are going to be taking college microbiology; you will be happy you did.

I commended this to my friends after I showed this to our professor, who approved. I find the succinct notes helpful to review and also as a preview to upcoming chapters before I have to dive into the more densely-written textbook. Not a waste for me at all. Very useful.

The concept of making the notes to the point is great, but, a lot of important information were left out. I gave up on it and just read the book. I wouldn't even call it a quick reference as it is missing a lot of stuff. It also has no index.

Book did not provide rationale for information only the answers, which makes it difficult to follow a concept.Not helpful.

This book simplifies microbiology and makes it so understandable. Happy with my purchase.
