Idea to Execution: How to Optimize, Automate, and Outsource Everything in Your Business Paperback – September 14, 2016

Excellent synopsis of taking an idea from concept to concrete along with the struggles and pivots along the way. If you want a real, no holds barred account of the start of a future multimillion dollar business, this is it. Also great if you are looking for free (and highly useful) web tools which provide the data and time savings required to scale. Quick, action packed book full of insights. A must read.

The story of how they get from zero to one is amazing and inspiring, but I would liked a more distilled book. May one with better structured chapters with the clear lessons for the reader stated. Though, the advice about tech tools is great.

Just like listening to Nick and Ari's podcast - there are always a few takeaways that I could implement in my own businesses right now. As you read through their story, you almost feel as though you are right there with these guys going through the same growing pains. The book is a quick read and well worth the time and money, especially if you are an entrepreneur or wantrepreneur.

I've followed Ari for years ever since taking his SkillShare class. This book is a quick read, but holds an enormous amount of functional real world examples. It is not impossible to start a business. It takes careful planning and this book is not only about the journey, the actual thought process that was used to create the framework to Optimize, Automate, Outsource.

Meh, I don't why but I was expecting a bit more than a 10,000 ft overview. It read like a long form sales letter. Some takeaways but there are better books on doing more with less.

I had already read Ari's first book and was hooked. I have read all of the top books on effectiveness but none really offer the knowledge on the tools that make it possible. This book does. It seems a little daunting initially because although I love my technology, learning new apps takes focus. But I immediately saw results. You will too.

Great book. Quick read with lots of concrete ideas.
