POP Star Wars Rogue One Scarif Stormtrooper Action Figure

I have a growing collection of Funko Pop figures from a few different genres but my largest collection is by far my Star Wars Funko Pop collection. In part because I subscribe to the Smugglers Bounty but also because I just really like Star Wars. I’ve been a little hesitant to buy any of the Rogue One figures because while I am a Star Wars fan, I don’t know that I want to invest in figures from a movie that I haven’t seen yet. I’m definitely excited for the movie and I do think it will be good, but it is going to be different than anything we have seen from Star Wars so far and it is to be determined whether or not that will turn out to be a good thing. I have the Rogue One Smugglers Bounty headed my way soon but besides those incoming figures, I already own the standard Death Trooper figure which I like a lot. I wasn’t planning on getting any other Rogue One figures until I saw the movie, but then I saw my friends Scarif Sandtrooper and decided I wanted to add it to my collection. The mold is awesome and the combination of the helmet styling and the dusty sand colored theme make this figure very cool. That dusty tan is nice to see on another trooper but the splashes of red on his helmet and arm really add a bit of needed contrast to this figure. The helmet looks like a cross of a motorcross helmet with a visor and a First Order Stormtrooper and the armor is somewhat unique as well. He seems to be holding an E-11 blaster or something similar. Now you may not be able to tell from my pictures but the black paint applications are just a bit sloppy, almost too much so. I see the most issues on the helmet where cuts and indentions in the helmet are lazily half filled with black paint. It isn’t the worst paint app I’ve seen on a Funko Pop but it is far from the best. I considered docking a star because of the black paint apps but you honestly can’t tell unless you are looking for it and this is an otherwise very cool looking figure. If you’re a Star Wars or Funko Collector then this makes a great addition to any collection but for others, I might suggest waiting for the movie to see how much you need this trooper.

I think I will be a funko pop collector from now on. Funko knows what the fans want and they show time and time again with these cute little toys that are all the rage these days. Goes good with my Death Trooper pop I got for Christmas cannot wait for to get Darth and kay too

This is a really sturdy and cute toy . My son enjoy it and plays with it hard and still has not broken it . Reasonable size a little bigger than the palm of a hand .

Nice pop to add to the collection

I have an addiction with these. I adore them! I filled up a closet with boxes, I have them all over my house. Looks like I live at a Funko store. Yet, I can't quit buying them. I need an intervention. But they are so awesome!

Love this Trooper. Only two downsides are one, the Star Wars symbol is slightly blemished, and two, the head is slightly crooked.

Looks good, and really captures the character from the movie. My wife really loves it, and it looks nice in her collection.
