Q: Do they come with some sort of storage case?

the plastic wrapping they come in is reusable if you are careful when opening it. i cut the 3 sealing points on the right side with a box cutter and it works good as a case but no it doesn't come with case.

Yes, the 7-Spade Pin Cleaners (two green) are available under part #8023.

Q: Will these work to clean out RCA connections on stereo equipment?

This will not work on RCA connections. The IPA 8043 and IPA 8042 Diamond Coated Pin Cleaner Tool sets, as a combination will allow you to clean both male and female RCA connectors. For just cleaning the Female Side connector, see IPA 8042

Q: How small of pins can these clean? i need to clean the pinout connector for a ford pcm.

These are way too big for work that small. The pins on the trailer hook up they were designed to clean are much bigger. For something more delicate, I would advise against this product. For cleaning the male and female plugs on tow vehicle/ trailer or camper they work great.
