Long valve
I've got 42c and these fit well, only thing is the valve is very long and a bit thick so my pump had problems trying to pump it up but I managed in the end.

Complicated sizing
My inner tube seems to work fine, but figuring out the right size to order was complicated. I knew I needed a 700 X 38C tube.
