Enduring quality
Still great quality, as always. Sure, a person who makes a living as a mechanic will want to invest in wrenches that are thinner, lighter, and more refined, but these wrenches are great for the backyard mechanic or home handy person. I bought a half inch wrench to replace one I lost out of a set I got for Christmas when I was 16 years old. I am now 60, so have used these wrenches for 44 years. I've lost one from time to time (the one I replaced is at the bottom of a lake) but I've never broken one. The replacement looks identical to the original, 44 year old one.

Had these wrenches for almost 50 years!
I've had a set of craftsman wrenches since 1975. In 1986 I lost the 9/16 wrench, but found a cheap 9/16 wrench to replace it. Yet that wrench stuck out like a sore thumb - so finally after 36 long years I purchased a replacement that would match the rest of my set. These are great wrenches and you cannot beat the value. My new 9/16 wrench is overjoyed to be in a complete set with his wrench brethren.
