Easy to swallow. No flavor so good there. Packaging for the vitamins was good. Be careful when you buy vitamins. They are not returnable and you are stuck if the packaging is damaged. This seller had excellent packaging and no damage to the vitamin bottle or contents.

These were all stuck together. I tried shaking the container, tapping on the counter and using a knife, but could not get these to come apart. They are not out of date. It’s like they have melted together. Very disappointed
