The chair had easy assembly. It is comfortable and perfect for what I need for my chair exercises!

Item is a good purchase for the low price. Seat is cushiony and seems pretty stable for any size person to sit in without trouble. The fabric is easy to clean and the construction was easy to put the whole thing together. My only complaint is that one of the feet came chipped (the plastic bottom piece was broken off) and the holes where the seat was supposed to screw into the legs weren't drilled properly so one of the screws didn't actually line up with one of the holes, so one corner of the seat isn't locked down.

I was apprehensive buying these because they were so cheap.... But they turned out fine. They look a little nicer than described. They were easy to put together also. At first the legs were uneven on the floor, but after spreading out the legs a little they evened out. I ordered 2 & had the same problem with both. I am a lawyer & have them in my office. They are sturdy & don't look cheap. I would not hesitate to order them again.

Exactly what I expected. A perfect price for a good quality reception chair. We have 6 of them in our showroom. I wish Amazon stocked it so we could get free 2 day shipping. I think the seller could sell them like Hotcakes if they utilized Amazon FBA

I actually found a number of other chairs before landing on this one. The main reason I bought this chair was because it's the best of my options that would actually be shipped to Hawaii. I presume this is because it does not come assembled and the box is not very bulky. However, it really isn't a bad chair at all. It doesn't wobble and feels quite sturdy. The vinyl was a must since I need to be able to disinfect and wash it every now and then. Of the four I purchased, one did not come with the rubber plugs for the feet on one side. There was a number to call for this kind of thing. When I called, I didn't wait on hold and spoke to someone immediately. She understood exactly the problem and promised to have the parts mailed to me. They arrived within about a week.

Affordable, comfortable, easy to put together. Would recommend.

One of the threaded holes is defective and I can't properly attach the seat to the base.

I had tried reaching out to seller to let them know the chair was crooked once assembled. There were no other options to put it together in a more straightened way. I didn't want to go through the hassle of disassembling and returning it, so I thought maybe the seller would refund a portion of what I paid. Their response was *crickets* - nothing at all. I would stay far away from this seller and their products.
