Works great in a location with a great deal of wildlife visitors.
I’ve used this repellent in both liquid and the granules. The liquid works great. The granules didn’t seem to work as well. Warning: This stuff does smell horrible!!!! Once applied, I find the smell will disappear enough to not be offensive to humans.

Best Deer Repellent Ever
I've been using Bonide Repels-All animal repellent for many years. I live in the woods and have several shade gardens with lots of hostas AND deer. This is the only repellent that actually works. (Not the Bionide red pepper variety, but this one that has a repulsive odor when you first spray it on the plants.) When it dries, there's no noticeable odor and it's still effective after several days of rain. Love to garden and glad I discovered this product. It saves a lot of frustration and is not harmful to animals. They just don't like the odor and leave the plants alone. After buying spray bottles repeatedly, this was the first time I was aware of a refill and bought the concentrate, which saves money.

with all in all good results for repelling deer
I've been using this for several years, with all in all good results for repelling deer. It will wash off- I live in California, where it usually rains very little during the growing season, but this could be a problem with this (and most) repellents in a lot of places. As you might expect, it has a high solid content and will clog sprayers if you don't clean them regularly- spraying some water through them will usually do the trick. The "All" part I can't swear to; I used it for raccoons once, and it seemed to work, but I took other steps too. It definitely does NOT repel flies. The smell is pretty repulsive, but dies down to levels that don't bother humans once it dries. For deer, at least, it's a good idea to switch repellents periodically; they can get used to smells.

Seems effective for deer and rabbits
I asked the bot how much spray the 32oz concentrate would make. The bot relied "up to 8 gallons" Actually it requires 16oz of concentrate to make one gallon of spray. So 32oz makes 2 gallons of spray. The spray seems effective for deer and rabbits but a rain does greatly reduce effectiveness. It probably works about as well as " Liquid Fence" They both stink to high heaven....lol

Doesn’t Deter Chickens
When this stuff arrived, I took the lid off to smell it, wondering if it was spicy or what the scent was that it would detract animals away from my garden. LAWD ALMIGHTY, do NOT do this!!!! I about threw the bottle across the yard. It is literally the worst thing I have ever smelled. It’s like a mixture of rotten eggs, dog poop, and week old road kill. I about keeled over the entire time spraying all of my garden spaces, but told myself it was worth it if it would keep my chickens out of my mulch. I then gleefully admired my flowers without the stupid wire fences I had to keep around them (but from inside, because now my entire yard smelled of the rotten egg/dog poop/road kill concoction). The next morning I ran to town, and by the time I got back, my mulch was scattered everywhere by the chickens because this stuff apparently has no affect on a chicken’s sense of smell. So not only did I waste my money on a product that didn’t work, my entire yard smelled so bad that you couldn’t stay outside longer than absolutely necessary until it finally rained. Don’t waste your money.

It WORKS
Does not smell half as bad as liquid fence and works even better! Last through rain. I can't believe I didn't find this sooner, we have some ravenous deer where I live and they will eat marigolds!! Nothing else works! I could finally take my nets down completely!

Works if You Spray Consistently
For years I would plant mums in my yard during the fall and the deer would treat my yard like a salad bar. This stuff smells rancid, but on a dry day I sprayed all of the blooms with this stuff and the deer have not touched them. I will say that you need to be consistent though. After a strong rain, you need to respray, otherwise the deer will be eating at them again!

It Works For Me
I planted 15 trees and wanted to avoid deer and mice chewing on the bark and killing them. It has been very effective as three trees that were not sprayed were ruined by deer. I also spray it around the perimeter of my house as a further precaution to keep rodents away. Has never been a big concern but have not had any issue since that time. I have had trouble keeping deer, raccoon and birds out of my sweetcorn patch the past two years despite using a net and electric fence. For some reason the fence and net are no longer adequate. I will be spraying the perimeter next year with Repels All to see if it is effective there as well. Don't know why I didn't think of it the past two years. It smells terrible so be sure yo mix outside and don't spray upwind. Very effective fo me.
