Based on my personal experience, the chair is fairly comfortable and suitable for long sitting sessions. The build quality is decent, and the back support helps to some extent during work or gaming. Assembly was easy and didn’t take much time. Overall, it’s a reasonable option for the price and works well for regular use.

Heyy everyone I am here to tell my experience of the gaming chair I purchased recently it's almost around one month of using it and I am really having a great time with it it's perfectly comfortable while gaming or any other work.. while the quality of the product is insane like it can handle almost any weight and height it's fit for everyone who wants comfort in day to day task or intense gaming like me... That all I wanna say for now you should go for it if you have a budget for it as for me it's a value for money product....

I recently purchased this gaming chair from Amazon, and I’m very happy with the product itself. The chair is sturdy, comfortable, and well-designed for long gaming or work sessions. The cushioning is thick and supportive, the ergonomic design provides great lumbar support, and the adjustable armrests and reclining feature make it even better. The materials feel premium, and the chair rolls smoothly on the wheels without any issues. However, the third-party installation service was extremely disappointing. The technician never showed up, and there was no proper communication or update from their side. I ended up assembling the chair myself, which was manageable thanks to the clear instructions, but I expected better service, especially when an installation option was provided. Overall, the chair itself is fantastic and worth the purchase, but don’t rely on the installation service. Be prepared to set it up yourself.

If you are a well built dude, forget this chair. I fell for the marketing nonesense. Primary issue being the base(part you actually sit on) is very small. Padding on top of the side support beams is too less making it extremely uncomfortable to use for longer hours. 10 days in, I am having thigh pain due to this. Also the chair started creaking, yes just 7 days in. Contacted green soul support, to their benefit, they are sending over a replacement part to get it fixed. Which is cool and all but still does not solve the comfort issue. I asked them if a refund and return be possible. They asked me to contact amazon since this is where I bought it from. Let me tell you, stay away from amazon at all costs, the company has gone to the drain, especially their support staff. They on multiple ocations, dropped chats, disconnected calls without giving me any resolution. If you wanna still get this chair, get it from their website not amazon. The product still gets a 1 star since no efforts were made to atleast address my issues. Not an experience I want after paying 19k
