So cute and adorable and fun!
These Traffic Light LED assemblies were a lot of fun. I programmed a ATMega chip to run these an simulate a simple Traffic Light controlled intersection with road sensors to simulate vehicles approaching and passing through. It was crude, but it was very stimulating to see these things in action. At least I now have an idea of what's involved in model railroading traffic lights. I have to figure out an SMD version of these.

Extremelly hand to have around
I use these to troubleshoot microprocessor development activities and as a training aid for my IoT interns. Pretty handy to have around as quick status indicators. Easy to hookup and quite visible.

Work Great, but a little dimmer that other LEDs I use.
These are great for kids learning how to program microcontrollers. They work out of the box and can be connected to your microcontroller via breadboard jumpers with Dupont style connectors or straight to the pins on the LED board. The reason for 4 start is that the LEDs are not as bright as other LEDs I use, even when driving at a max current I feel comfortable with.

Why is the green led so dim compared to the yellow and red? Are these defective?

LED's are 8mm, not 5mm.
Nicely made but not happy about how dim the green leds are compared to the yellow and red. A big difference. Also the leds are not 5mm as stated but measure 7.85mm with my calipers. That was not important for my needs but it might be for yours so worth mentioning.
