This was a good purchase.
I bought this for my 2015 sierra 1500 4wd. It fit perfect. It seemed to be good quality. It was easy to install and performs great so far. The rubber boot was a nice soft rubbery compound and not plastic. It bolted right up. And best of all, ITS SHINY! 😁

7 months later my cv axle is falling apart making knocking noises and cv boot broke and lost all grease. Buy OEM I WOULDNT TRY TO SAVE MONEY ON THIS KIND OF PART

Worked great on our 2009 Avalanche!
Install was pretty simple, if you have some basic automotive skills. I even had the kids help me with it. It's been working great and going strong for probably 10k miles so far. Much cheaper than the OEM part, and I cannot tell any difference. Highly recommended for other Avalanche owners needing a new CV axle.

I ordered this cv axle for my 2007 avalanche. It fit, and seems to be working. The only issue I might have, is the boot on it is too “scrunched” up, and I can’t slide it dow. On the shaft to prevent premature wear. Other than that it seems to be working just fine

The fitment is ok. the shipping/packaging is not. The heavy shaft treated rough during shipping caused the inboard CV joint to pop the grease cover and have to be reassembled upon opening the box. The inboard CV joint grease cover was held in place via a tie wrap. Obviously a know issue and a band aid fix for shipping. Yet this tie wrap is not adequate. Would be a better review if a better shipping / packaging to secure the shaft from impact movement during shipping. The grease mess and resetting the grease cover was messy and almost a return to seller.....
