The media could not be loaded.  Worth the money. Plenty of ink in the bottle. It's very shiny and looks convincingly like real gold. I do think it would be better if it was a little bit thicker. Most inks in the old days were like syrup, not like water. Also this would improve the problem of the ink becoming frothy when you shake the bottle to distribute the mica powder. Still, even though I had to go over my writing a couple of times to get it to show clearly, it did look shiny and golden. I think a better calligrapher than myself would have no problems.

I love the opacity of the gold Inc. it really looks like gold leaf on the paper. As a calligrapher I’ve been using it in my work makes everything stand out. I would definitely order this again and recommend it.

I do different types/fonts of calligraphy and not all inks work well, gold inks I’m particularly picky about but this one is amazing. It has great color, shimmer, thickness and it works well on different paper weights. I highly recommend this ink!

I opened up the jar and there's only a little in the bottom. It flows very well and looks beautiful. I couldn't smear it, to shade with it though.

Love this gold mica ink! It’s opaque, flows beautifully. Used for fine line brushwork, flows nicely. Beautiful when the light catches it, adds a lovely finish to artwork.

Finally found the perfect gold for me. Excellent for calligraphy or adding details in a mixed media project..

Ich hab mir die Farbe in der Hoffnung bestellt etwas "goldliche" Tinte zu bekommen da ich mit einigen anderen nicht zufrieden war und ich muss sagen WOW. Die goldene Farbe schimmert richtig klasse und das nicht nur auf schwarzem Papier. Ich bin absolut begeistert und kann jedem, der die Geduld hat 2 wochen zu warten dieses Produkt wärmstens empfehlen.Hinweis: Schön schütteln vor dem nutzen und gelegentlich bei der nutzung umrühren um goldpigmente gleichmäßig zu verteilen, weil diese sich absetzen können (ist allerdings bei allen anderen Marken ebenso und unvermeidbar).Klare Kaufempfehlung von meiner Seite direkt noch eins nachbestellt.

I have tried many different gold inks for embellishing my watercolour art. This is the first one (I tried a few) that looked amazing, was so easy to use in my dip pen and I will buy again.Just a note, Kuretaki have some of the best products on the market. If you buy this brand you are buying a reliable and beautiful paint/ink sets.Love it will buy more.

This ink is a very yellow gold, super sparkly and super reflective. The glitter settles quickly, so you'll need to shake it often, there's 2 metal balls to help agitate the solution, but there's still clumps of glitter around the edge of the container. Took about a month to arrive but worth the wait.
