tl;dr
Lose Wheat, Lose WeightNo pictures. I like pictures. Too long, didn't read. Also, I cannot eat gluten and wheat isn't the only grain I can't eat. So I was disappointed that the book didn't provide for this.

worth reading
i bought this after finding out i have several food intolerances one being wheat, the book gives great understanding about digestion, symptoms etc which is worth reading in itself but the diet at the back of the book is very similar to food doctor and seems to be vegetarian based. i was expecting the diet just to eliminate wheat but it cuts out meat aswell.
