This is a great product to have! I live on a farm and so it's common for me to get cuts. I use these skin closures to close the skin together to reduce scaring and promote the wound to seal and heal quicker. It's saved me from having to get stiches a few times. I also have used it for some of my farm animals, you just have to shave the area first to get good contact with the skin.

This product works absolutely fantastically with ScarAway sheets on healed scars. The ScarAway sheets can be trimmed to the right size and that comes ScarAway comes with a clear throw away portion on the bandage. If it is trimmed to the splint on the scar from the plastic sheet and the ScarAway and the Steri-Strip is making my one inch surgical scar amazingly better by protecting from UV rays, giving skin memory, With Skin Gentle Massage. My plastic surgeon says that my forearm will heal in a year with constant attention. Do not give up in six months when this looks like it quit. THIS IS A ONE YEAR PROCEDURE. My son's facial scar is gone with a year long treatment. No pitting, no residual - healed. And I say a prayer for that year.
